"We respect and appreciate your feedback, but it does not mean that feedback will never change the design principles Mojang Studios adheres to, including the new reporting system." While this comment might seem a bit prickly on its own however, the second paragraph continues to say that some players have been making comments whenever a Mojang employee is using it to complain about the system. Harassment is a bad thing, and is, ironically, the purpose of the reporting features in the first instance.

p>A lot of players responded to this comment by saying that they don't feel like they're being listened to. They believe that every Minecraft server as a safe space and shouldn't be controlled. These features can be removed from your server using Spigot or CurseForge? mods.

p>If there are no complaints or discussions are planned to change the features then it's not surprising that players feel left out. Many people have spent over a decade playing this game and believe that it shouldn't be monitored. It is important to remember that Minecraft is a game played by numerous younger players. Therefore security features must be in place to protect them. But, it doesn't seem that anything will change anytime soon.
