This will definitely help you. Youve said youre already experiencing the effects? Well, put those effects to good use. Join a gym if your more aggressive. Seriously, from your post you dont seem like the gym type, but getting your body in shape will only double, or triple, the effects of giving up masturbation. Once you know how to channel the positive aspects of this thats when you win. Dont relapse for nothing man, its not worth it. Good luck, partner.

I plan to do the 7 day cycle since I am in powerlifting:P I’m pretty muscular (I got big biceps, triceps and abs) and I weigh 125. I want to be able to do more pounds and look more buffer…so I want to stop because it’s a complete waste of time…and not only that, my left arm is weaker than my right hand? (I’m a lefty…therefore shouldn’t it be stronger??)

Anyway, should I try the 7 day cycle? (Masturbate every Saturday…so since I weight lift and I’m going to start taking whey protein again…Double the testosterone…double the muscle gain? :D) Or should I stop masturbating completely?
